DETAILS When we decided to move back home to Michigan, I knew I wanted to celebrate by casting on a new homecoming cardigan. Pulling inspiration from my Oxbow Cardigan, I paired my favorite knit-purl texture with a Michigan-grown, milled, and dyed yarn, for a classic cardigan that has already jumped to the top of my most-worn list! This cardigan is knit flat from the bottom up. You will begin with the pockets so that they can be used as your gauge swatch (directions on pg. 5)! The sleeves are knit in the round from the bottom up and joined to be worked together with the body for the yoke. The sweater is finished off with an applied, double-knit button band for a polished finish!
